We couldn’t continue our life-saving mission without the help of our dedicated volunteers. We rely on volunteer assistance at our facility to help us provide a high quality of life to our adoptable animals as they wait for a home. There are many volunteer duties which directly help the animals we are caring for including walking or taking them to our play yards for exercise.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE: Please click on any future shift listed below and "Register", then when you arrive at Stray Rescue, simply check in and out at the tablet located in our lobby, or on your smartphone (strayrescue.org/checkin). Don't forget to check out when you're done volunteering! We not only use these records to apply for grants, but we also like to recognize and acknowledge volunteers for the hours they log!
